Room service is available, but our experience with the breakfast quality for the cost left something to be desired. If you opt for the inclusive breakfast, I'd advise managing expectations regarding portion sizes. The staff were responsive and accommodating, even providing us an early breakfast before our departure. Their politeness and attentiveness were noticeable. For guests traveling with pets, this hotel is a welcoming option. In summary, Hcb strikes a balance between comfort and cost-effectiveness.
